On Plus and Business you can pay one flat monthly price instead of per seat. It works out cheaper once you pass nine editors, and from there you can add as many people as you like.

No. Building with NocoAI is included on every plan, Free too. What changes between plans is what the base it builds can do: workflows, permissions, external connections and the AI providers you can bring.

Yes. Everything NocoAI builds is an ordinary NocoDB base, and NocoDB is fair-code and free forever to self-host with unlimited records and seats. Start in the cloud, and when you want it on your own hardware, export the base and move it.

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You can't add new records until you upgrade or clear some space, and we warn you well before you get there.

Annual billing saves 20% on every paid plan. We also have terms for education, non-profits and open-source projects. Talk to sales.
